Legal Services

Betty Griffin Center can offer legal support to victims of sexual and domestic harassment and assault.

A victim may decide to request a protective injunction: a court order that either protects the victim and/or a child or children from being harmed or threatened by the abuser.

Our agency has advocates at the clerk of court to make referrals for a victim’s legal representation.

Florida Bar-licensed attorney(s) are providing the IFP Project injunction representations.

Visit this website for more information on the legal resources that are available.
